Kenneth A. Baber, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Baber has primary management and investment authority for the firm. Mr. Baber focuses his efforts on establishing the firm's strategic objectives and assuring their successful implementation. Mr. Baber's unique approach to transforming existing properties into performing investments is a fundamental element of his investment success over the past 25 years. He works individually with each Client, Family Office, and Fund Board to assure that there is a proper alignment of strategy and investment objectives.

Mr. Baber consistently lead the firm's investment division and served as its President and CEO since it was acquired by U.S. Trust Company, in 1997. Up until taking the firm private in 2008 he also served as Chairman of the Fund's Boards while the firm was owned by the Charles Schwab and Bank of America . Prior to joining the Maier & Siebel, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Baber was a Development Director at Homart Development Co., where he managed the turnaround group for its challenged mixed use development portfolio, and managed western region acquisitions for five years. He also served as Marketing Director of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes - Urban Development Group where he developed high-rise office towers and medical office buildings. Mr. Baber has extensive experience providing advisory, underwriting and consulting services to major financial institutions and developers on real estate equity and debt portfolio acquisitions and securitization. Mr. Baber graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of San Diego. He is a licensed securities broker and carries the firm's corporate real estate broker license. Mr. Baber is an active member of the California Academy of Sciences and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and Lambda Alpha.

Stewart F. Clark, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Clark oversees the firm's financial operations. In his role as Chief Financial Officer he oversees the firm's financial analysis and client reporting functions of the firm's assets under management. He has extensive experience working with third party providers in enhancing management controls and improving the efficiency of operations and has performed forensic accounting analysis for distressed asset portfolios. Mr. Clark is also responsible for coordinating tax reporting, investment reporting and independent certified public accountants' annual reports and opinions. Mr. Clark was previously the Chief Operating Officer of the Firm from 2004 to 2008 and served as the primary reporting conduit to the Bank of America and management. Prior to joining Maier Siebel Baber, Mr. Clark was a financial officer at Robertson Stephens Funds where he was responsible for partnership management and financial reporting. Previously he was with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Clark received a B.S. from the University of California at Santa Barbara, an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco and is a California Certified Public Accountant.

Steve D. Tovani, Executive Vice President Client Capital

Mr. Tovani is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Client Capital activities and Investor Relations and is Director of Client Capital activities for Maier Siebel Baber. He acts as liaison with investment advisors, private investors, and institutional fund managers. Prior to joining Maier Siebel Baber, Mr. Tovani was an owner of Advantage Properties, a real estate investment company specializing in multi-family residential properties throughout the United States which had a strong emphasis on tax advantaged investing and the optimization of federally and locally supported financial programs. Mr. Tovani was responsible for acquisition and disposition as well as strategic planning and repositioning of assets. Previously he was with TCD investments, a private real estate investment and management company specializing in multi-family residential and high rise office buildings where he was responsible for Asset Management including acquisitions, disposition, construction management, marketing, and leasing. Mr. Tovani received a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years.

Russell N. Schaadt, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Schaadt is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm and delivering strong asset performance across the firm's portfolio. He leads the implementation of the firm's most consistent investment objectives - generating income stability and growth. Mr. Schaadt emphasizes outperforming each asset's specific benchmark indexes through the consistent implementation of the firm's proprietary ASSET ALPHA PROGRAM.. Mr. Schaadt promotes excellence in all aspects of the firm's asset management, leasing and property operations. He brings 25 years of leadership expertise in the multifamily and office sectors.

Having previously served as the Director of Asset Management for a leading real estate investment and development fund sponsor in Palo Alto, California; and as a Vice President of Guardian Management and Union Oil Company. He brings a unique perspective on private, corporate, and public real estate operating entities. Mr. Schaadt graduated from UCLA receiving a BA in Economics, and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. He is also a Certified Property Manager and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Katrina Schindler, Project Manager

Ms. Schindler is focused primarily on the management of the firm's capital transactions and market research. Ms. Schindler also works closely with the President/CEO in developing financial strategies and managing the firm's rigorous due diligence process. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schindler was Senior Financial Analyst at Adler Realty Investments, Inc., underwriting and performing due diligence for the firm's office acquisitions, as well as their industrial and retail developments. In addition, Ms. Schindler has a depth of experience with loan modifications of existing assets and coordinating Asset Management actions in advance of dispositions. Ms. Schindler holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from California State University, Northridge and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group.

John Speirs, Construction and Development

Mr. Speirs is responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation aspects of the buildings in the Maier Siebel Baber portfolio. Serving as a full time contractor to the firm and concentrating his efforts in the southwest states, Mr. Speirs has renovated major high-rise office towers, community shopping centers and ultra high net worth family compounds. In the years prior to his affiliation with Maier Siebel Baber, Mr. Speirs served in vice president, director and project manager roles with office, apartment and planned community construction and development companies including Fru-Con Development Inc. and Laing Properties, Inc. (USA). Mr. Speirs holds a B.S. from the University of California San Diego, an MBA from the renowned Thunderbird School of Global Management, and is a licensed general contractor. He serves as President of SSG, a Nevada based construction management and physical forensic analysis advisory firm
